Per the CDC, being classified as "probable" means a patient is diagnosed with COVID-19 upon meeting a set of illness criteria without a test or had a positive antibody test. Presumed Recovered is defined as cases with a symptom onset date of >21 days prior who are not deceased.

COVID-19 VACCINE CLINICS:
Please visit gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov today to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome! We are vaccinating all ages 12 and older. See below on how to get a vaccine. We have Moderna, Pfizer and some Johnson and Johnson/Jannsen vaccines for our clinics. If you have had at least your first vaccine (2-dose series) or the J&J 1-dose vaccine, be sure to register at www.ohiovaxamillion.com. All entries must be received by the Sunday prior to each drawing. You only need to enter once to be eligible for all drawings. Ages 18+ can win $1 million, while ages 12-17 can win a full ride scholarship to a college/university of their choice. See rules and details at the link provided above.
Where Can I Get A Vaccine:
- Ohio's Vaccine Management Solution (VMS): gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov is live online. This one-stop solution allows Ohioans to determine eligibility, schedule appointments at a location near you, submit health information, and receive updates and reminders. If you are struggling with getting an appointment, please call 1-833-4-ASK-ODH for assistance or visit https://vaxchat.ohio.gov . You will receive an appointment date for your second dose at the time of your first dose visit.
- The COVID-19 Vaccine Provider Locations directory at vaccine.coronavirus.ohio.gov is a resource that shows providers who have received shipments of COVID-19 vaccines. The COVID-19 Vaccine Provider Locations directory is searchable by county and ZIP code.
- In addition, vaccine supply is also available through the Federal Retail Pharmacy Program for COVID-19 Vaccination. Eligible Ohioans who want to find a participating pharmacy should visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention site: VaccineFinder.org. This is a free, online service.
