PR: GCPH Observes Mental Health Awareness Month in May

XENIA, OH – Mental Health Awareness Month has been observed in the U.S. since 1949. Every year during the month of May, Greene County Public Health, along with countless other agencies across the country, joins the national movement to raise awareness about mental health. Together, we fight stigma, provide support, educate the public, and advocate for policies that support the millions of people in the U.S. affected by mental illness. 

This year, we are joining NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, in celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month with the More Than Enough campaign!
