2021-2022 Greene County Community Survey on Tobacco

We need your help!

Each year and per our grant, we conduct a community-wide tobacco survey in the fall to gather information on the current knowledge from the community about potential problems and solutions regarding tobacco. Tobacco is still the #1 cause of preventable death, so this survey helps us determine what areas need more attention this grant year and what areas have improved. We would love for you to take a few minutes to complete this survey; we would greatly appreciate it! We need at least 300 responses by the end of September, so please share!
