Xenia Neighborhood Night Out

Neighborhood Night Out (NNO) is an annually planned community outreach and information event series designed to take local government and community organizations directly to Xenia neighborhoods.  In addition to essentially taking City Hall “to the streets,” with City of Xenia administrative representatives, the Xenia Police Division, Xenia Fire Division, and other city personnel, various community organizations also participate. Neighborhood Night Out partners include Xenia Community Schools, OhioMeansJobs-Greene County, Central State University, The National Parks Service and the Charles Young Buffalo Soldier Home National Monument, Greene Memorial Hospital, Kroger, Xenia Bouncy Castle, Greene County Public Health and Greene County Jobs and Family Services. The events are scheduled May through September and are held outdoors.

You are invited to join us at Neighborhood Night Out!  There’s free food, music, fun for kids (a bouncy house), information and resources from in and around the city, police cars and fire trucks, community engagement, and most importantly, fun!

And while NNO is kid-friendly, it’s not just for the kids! Residents and visitors with no kids are encouraged to come enjoy the events and engage in the community!
